Separazioni: 8.000 simulano per fisco

(ANSA) - ROMA, 16 MAG - Circa 8.000 persone (5%) scelgono la 'separazione simulata' per ottenere vantaggi fiscali. Lo rivela l'Associazione matrimonialisti italiani. Simulata perche' la coppia e' affiatata e continua a vivere insieme. Circa 6.000 separati (o separandi) tornano insieme durante o dopo l'iter, in genere per motivi sentimentali, economici, genitoriali. Ogni anno si registrano 160mila nuovi separati e 100mila divorziati.

Forte calo dei matrimoni: dai 400 mila degli anni '70 ai 240.000 del 2009.
